the location was convenient for exploring nearby shops. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
i did not receive a welcome drink upon arrival. there was no early check-in available, even though i arrived at 1pm. i was offered reward points instead of an upgrade initially, disappointing.

The staff provided really good assistance and warmth throughout my stay, they were attentive. The rooms were very clean and included everything needed for a comfortable visit. I appreciated the central location and felt secure exploring nearby attractions. It was so convenient. The surprise birthday celebration for my daughter was a beautiful touch and it.
The price for a local call was unexpectedly high. It caught me completely off guard.

Each staff member offered prompt and personalized assistance, fulfilling requests with efficiency and grace. EVERY interaction was a pleasure. The concierge team provided helpful directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. Room service orders arrived quickly and were always accurate.
